1. PREAMBLE
The Delta State Government through the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASSA) hereby invites tenders from reputable contractors for the construction of water supply schemes, sanitation facilities and rehabilitation of water supply schemes in Ndokwa West, Okpe and Ughell North Local Government Areas of the State, under the Project for Reward (PforR) Component of the Sustainable Urban and Rural Water Supply, Sanitation and Hygiene Program.
