EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: Nigeria Energy Support Programme (NESP) financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany would like to procure Web Servers, Firewall (i.e, Firewall with Memory and Storage: 2GB RAM and 16GB HD), Installation of Operating System and Configuration of the Web Servers:

5 Units of Web Servers, Original Windows Server 2019 licenses, 42U Rack, Adaptive Security Appliance, 24 Ports Gigabit speed Switch (Rackmount) 8 ports rack mount KVM switch and accessories, 5 meters factory made data cable

Accordingly, GIZ ingles interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest
b. Comprehensive company profile
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in IT (Please highlight the paragraph in your submission)
d. Introductory bunk letter
e. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of IT equipment. Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs Tax clearance certificate which must not be older than two years indicating an average annual turnover of NGN 15,000,000.00
