1. INTRODUCTION
The Ebonyi State Government, through the Ministry of Works, intends to carry out the Dualization of Abakaliki – Afikpo road up to Okofia LOT 1: Abakaliki Timbershed to Ebonyi State International Airport Junction – 7,995.6m.

In compliance with the provisions of the Ebonyi State Procurement Law 2020, the Ebonyi State Ministry of Works, on behalf of the Ebonyi State Government, hereby invites interested, eligible and competent Contractors to bid for the following projects;
