The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission intends to engage the service of reputable Estate Surveyors and Valuers for the management of Landed properties within various locations in the country. (Management of Landed Properties).

The U. S. EMBASSY ABUJA has a requirement for a reputable CAT Generator company with requisite certifications to carry out Preventive Maintenance on three units of 1000 KVA Embassy CAT Generators as per attached SOW. If you would like to submit a quotation, please complete the required portions of the attached Standard Form (SF1449) as well as the pricing sheets in the solicitation document, and submit it with your quote to the Contracting Officer at AbujaProcbids@state.gov.

Due to new Government requirements for offerors to comply with the new National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in consonance with FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-25 and FAR 52.204-26, you are required to fill the attached form.
