In the framework of the execution of the 2020 Budget, The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) intends to apply a portion of its budgeted counterpart funds for the Selection of an Individual Consultant for the Development of the ECOWAS Regional Petroleum Code.

The general objective of the assignment is to draw up a regional Petroleum Code establishing the common and specific general provisions governing all hydrocarbon development and exploitation activities in the ECOWAS region.
The consulting services (“the Services”) include the following as shown below and the duration of the contract shall be within six months (One hundred and eighty (180) working days.
