A. INTRODUCTION
Edo State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development on behalf of Edo State Government is desirous of carrying out the Renovation/Remodeling of Buildings at the Edo Agricultural Development Program (ADP) at Airport Road, Benin City, Edo State from its approved Budget for the fiscal year.

Consequently, Edo State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who wish to bid for the project.

B. SCOPE OF WORKS/JOBS:
RENOVATION/REMODELING OF BUILDINGS AT THE EDO AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ADP) AT AIRPORT ROAD, BENIN CITY, EDO STATE.

PROJECTS DESCRIPTION

Renovation/Remodeling of Buildings at the Edo Agricultural Development Program (ADP) at Airport Road, Benin City, Edo State.

Bidding will be conducted through the National Open Competitive Bidding as specified in Section 20 and 21 of the Edo State Public Procurement Law 2012 and Paragraphs 39-43 of Edo State Procurement Procedures Manual and is open to all eligible bidders as enshrined in the Law and Manual.

PROVISION OF ONSHORE LAND RIG SERVICES FOR OML 58 DRILLING CAMPAIGN 2022-2023

1. INTRODUCTION
Total Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited (TEPNG) operator of the NNPC/TOTAL Joint venture invites interested reputable and pre-qualified contractors with relevant experience for this tender opportunity for “Provision of Onshore Land Rig Services for OML 58 Drilling Campaign 2022-2023”.

2. SCOPE OF WORK
The land rig will be used to drill seven infill development wells, deviated and carryout work-over operations. It is scheduled to start operations with the rig in Q1 2022. The land rig shall have at least the following characteristics:
(a)      Rig maximum drilling depth = 5,500 m with 51/2 drill pipes
(b)     Mast gross nominal capacity ≥1,250,000 lbs
(c)      Drawworks ≥2200 HP.
(d)     Top Drive VarcoTDS-4 or equivalent.
(e)      3 x mud pumps 1600 HP each.
(f)      Mud tank capacity = 450 m3.
(g)     10,000 psi WP 3 Rams BOP and 5000 psi WP Annular preventer with 2 kill lines minimum 2″ ID and 1 choke line minimum 3″ ID.
(h)     10K choke manifold with 3 chokes (2 manually + 1 remotely operated), minimum ID 3″, 1 bypass line, 2 buffer chambers.
(i)      Rig skidding capability
(j)      Contractor must be a registered member of IADC or its local organization or chapter in Nigeria.

The scope of work for the Rig is as below –
(i)      3 Ibewa infill wells
(ii)     1OBD-1N Oil well
(iii)    1 Obagi Infill gas well
(iv)    Obagi Major gas cap (2 wells)

3. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
(a)      To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested contractors are required to be prequalified in the 3.04.01 (Drilling Rigs and Production/ drilling Services) categories in NipeX joint Qualification system (NJQS) database. All successfully pre-qualified suppliers in this category will receive an Invitation to Tender (ITT).
(b)     To determine if you are pre-qualified and can view the product/service category you are listed for; Open vendors.nipex-ng.com and access NJQS with your log in details. Click on Products/Services Status tab to view your status and product codes.
(c)      If you are not listed in a product/service category and you are registered with DPR to do business, contact NipeX office at No 8-10, Bayo Kuku Street, Ikoyi Lagos with your DPR certificate as evidence for verification and necessary update.
(d)     To initiate the JQS pre-qualification process, access www.nipex-ng.com, to download the application form, make necessary payments and contact NipeX office for further action.
