1. PREAMBLE
FCT Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASSA), Humanity Family Foundation for Peace and Development (HUFFPED), with support from WaterAid Nigeria and funding from Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Days Saint hereby invites tenders from reputable creative and printing companies for consultancy on Hygiene Behaviors Change (HBC) asset review, protest and training in Abuja. The consultancy, under the Strengthening Water, Sanitation and Hygiene project implemented by WaterAid and partners will also cover the review and printing of HBC tools both in Lagos and Abuja.
