1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo, Oyo State Intends to execute the Year 2021 Capital Projects to enhance teaching and learning towards realization of the set goals. In view of the above, the College is inviting interested, competent, and reputable contractors and consultants to tender for the projects described below.
