1. INTRODUCTION:
The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated Funds to Federal Government College, Azare, Bauchi State in the 2020 appropriation for the execution of policies, programmes and projects toward achieving the mandate of the College. Accordingly, the College wishes to invite reputable Companies with relevant proven competence and experiences to submit tenders for the execution of the following;

• All bids must be written in English and signed by an authorized person
• Bids submitted after the closing date/time will neither be opened nor considered
• Quotations submitted after the deadline for submission will neither be opened nor considered
• A 5% – 10% WHT will be deducted per invoice as required by FIRS

a. BACKGROUND:
With funding from the Global Fund, Family Health International (FHI360) is collaborating with Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNİ) to support the government of Nigeria to enhance sustained cross-sectional integration of HIV/ AIDS services by building Nigeria’s capacity to deliver sustainable high quality, comprehensive, prevention, treatment, care and related services in Nigeria.
In order to support placement of COBAS c4800 Diagnostic Machines at four (4) PCR Laboratories located within UDUTH, NAUTH, LASUTH and UMTH, Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNI) is inviting qualified and interested companies to submit sealed quotations for the infrastructure upgrades as follows:

2 Evidence of legal registration document of the company (CAC registration certificate, FORM C07 and FORM CO2)
3 Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
4 Evidence of Financial Capability (most recent audited account)
5 Current Registration with Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)
6 Bank Reference Letter duly addressed to AHN Procurement Committee
7 Evidence of experience in awards) of Infrastructure Upgrade of scimitar scope and complexity within the last 3 years Bidders must provide copy(ies) of Awards (signed Contracts and proof of delivery les)-Job Completion Certificate and/or Discharge Certificates
8 Financial Quotation and required Commercial Term
