1.0 INTRODUCTION
In compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 and extant regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works and Services, the Federal Medical Centre, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State hereby invites interested, competent and reputable contractors with relevant experience, requisite expertise and good track record to submit Technical/Financial Bids on the implementation of 2020 Capital Projects.

The U. S. EMBASSY ABUJA has a requirement for a vendor to provide furniture installation services for Government Furnished Furniture at CDC Office in American Embassy Compound, Abuja Nigeria as described in the attached Statement of Work. The services will cover the removal of existing furniture and addition of new Knoll furniture as set forth in the SOW.

You are invited to submit a quotation/proposal.

A site visit will not be required for the solicitation but the layout drawings may be provided for reputable firms, with requisite past performance, who express interest in this requirement no later than August 6, 2020.

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.
