1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal University Gashua, in compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act 2007 and the extant regulations of government on the procurement of goods, works and services hereby invites interested suitable, qualified, reliable and competent contractors/suppliers with proven track record to undertake the under-listed 2020 Capital Projects.

A. LOT 1 – Provision of Electricity.
B. LOT 2– Construction of Covered Walkway.
C. LOT 3 -Provision of Sporting Facilities.

1. The General Public is hereby informed that the following addendum has been made on the above subject matter, due to the effect of CoVID-19 Pandemic and subsequent lockdown.

2. The OAuGF published an advertisement inviting interested/competent Contractors/Suppliers and Accounting Firms to submit quotation for the supply of goods, works and expression of interest in The Daily Trust, Guardian Newspaper and Federal Tenders Journal on 23 March, 2020. Due to the effect of COVID-19 Pandemic and lockdown, an Addendum in relation to the earlier Advertisement was published in ‘The Nation’ and ‘Daily Trust’ Newspapers on the 12th and 13th of May 2020 respectively which extended the deadline for submission of bids to 18 May, 2020.

3. In view of the foregoing, to give room for bidders who were unable to submit their bids due to circumstances stemming from the nationwide lockdown, the OAuGF has approved the extension for submission for Expression of Interest as stated below:
