BACKGROUND
FOUNTAIN HOLDINGS LIMITED (FHL) is the investment arm of Ekiti State Government and was incorporated in 2011, to take over the management of critical State Owned Enterprises (SOE) and to develop feasible, viable and profitable working relationship with private sector investors in key sectors and industries of the economy. FHL initiates, promotes and facilitates a conducive environment for investments and also offers strategic partnerships and collaborations with reputable investors for development in Ekiti State. To realize this mandate, FHL is keen on commercializing the state owned printing press to prospective investors under a Public-Private-Partnership arrangement.
