RFQ FOR HOTEL, EVENT CENTRE, AND CATERING SERVICES
BACKGROUND
Jhpiego Corporation, an affiliate of John Hopkins University, is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization that works to improve the health of women and families throughout the world. Jhpiego Nigeria and its project sites seeks hospitality service relationship with its pre-qualified vendors and any other reputable and interested hotel and conference/event service providers in the following States (including local government areas). Lagos, Abuja, Ondo, Cross Rivers, Niger, Nassarawa, Ebonyi, Akwa Ibom, Enugu, Rivers, Kano, Sokoto, Bauchi, Kebbi, Borno, Yobe, Bayelsa, Oyo and Adamawa, Taraba, Abia, and Gombe State.
Vendors should provide most competitive fixed rates (NGO flat rates) for their services that will be valid for the next 12 months from date of commitment. Vendors are encouraged to read the entire document to ensure that they have a clear understanding of Jhpiego requirements before submitting a bid.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:
LOT 1- HOTEL SERVICES
- Room rates (Bed and breakfast only)
- Tea break
- Buffet Lunch
- Plated Lunch
- Packed lunch (take away)
- Meeting/Conference hall rate (Please quote for different hall capacities)
- Service charge (Please indicate clearly what this percentage covers)
- List all other amenities as regards the hotel and facilities available (e.g. internet services, business center, security, pool, gym etc.)
