INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR LEASE OR PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP OF 4 NO FERTILZEER COTTAGE INDUSTRIES LOCATED AT BAKORI, SAFANA AND MAI’ADUA

The Katsina State Government, under the leadership of His Excellency Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari is inviting interested and qualified companies to express interest in the lease or private partnership of its 4 No. fertilizer cottage industries located at Bakori, Batsari, Safana and Mai’adua respectively.

The industries consist of a chemical fertilizer blending (1 Metric ton /batch/) with a daily production capacity of 30Metric tons, of assorted NPK fertilizer (15-15 15, 20-10-10, etc.), three granulators for marl and organic fertilizer granulation, a ware house, 60 KVA Generator and a quality control laboratory.
Interested companies can contact the Ministry for physical inspection of the plants at No. 24 Hassan
Usman Road, GRA, Katsina.

Notice is hereby given by the Central Bank of Nigeria on behalf of DMO that the federal Government of Nigeria Treasury Bills of 91, 182 and 364-day tenors amounting to N10,000,000,000: N20,000,000,000 and N44,837,720,000 respectively would be issued by Dutch auction on Thursday, December 31st, 2020.
All money market dealers should submit bids through the CBN S4 WEB INTERFACE between 8:00a.m and 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 30th, 2020.

Each bid must be in multiple of N1, 000 subject to a minimum of N50, 001,000. Authorized Money Market Dealers can submit multiple bids.

The Johns Hopkins University Centre for Communication Programs (JHUCCP), Baltimore USA, has received USAID funding, under the BREAKTHROUGH ACTION NIGERIA (BA-N) PROJECT, to implement health promotion and social and behaviour change interventions in Nigeria from 2018-2022. This project works with the Federal and State Ministries of Health to build their capacity in social and behaviour change communication leadership, and implement cutting-edge social and behavioural interventions to improve the health and well-being of Nigerians across a broad array of health issues, including Maternal, Neonatal, Child Health and Nutrition (MNCH+N), Family Planning, Malaria and Tuberculosis. We work in 11 states and Abuja FCT, spanning each of the major geographical zones in the country.

A. PURPOSE & SPECIFICATIONS
Breakthrough ACTION Nigeria project seeks to engage the services of eligible print vendors to produce Family Planning demand creation materials. Intending bidders are expected to quote for some or all items in this procurement based on area(s) of specialization as specified in the table below.
