1. The Lagos State House of Assembly intends to implement a capital project in Goods category in line with budgetary provision in the financial year 2020 in accordance with the Lagos State Public Procurement Law 2011.

ADDENDUM TO ADVERTISEMENT
INVITATION FOR BIDDING

1. The General Public is hereby informed that the following addendum has been made on the above subject matter, due to the effect of CoVID-19 Pandemic and subsequent lockdown.

2. The OAuGF published an advertisement inviting interested/competent Contractors/Suppliers and Accounting Firms to submit quotation for the supply of goods, works and expression of interest in The Daily Trust, Guardian Newspaper and Federal Tenders Journal on 23 March, 2020. Due to the effect of COVID-19 Pandemic and lockdown, an Addendum in relation to the earlier Advertisement was published in ‘The Nation’ and ‘Daily Trust’ Newspapers on the 12th and 13th of May 2020 respectively which extended the deadline for submission of bids to 18 May, 2020.

3. In view of the foregoing, to give room for bidders who were unable to submit their bids due to circumstances stemming from the nationwide lockdown, the OAuGF has approved the extension for submission for Expression of Interest as stated below:

EXTENSION OF TENDER SUBMISSION OPENING DATE

1. The submission/opening date for the underlisted projects is now July 14 2020 not later than 12noon.

S/N PROJECT DESCRIPTION TARGET BID CLOSING & BID OPENING
LOT 1 Construction of 6 CLASSROOM STOREY Primary BLOCK with OFFICE, STORE, FIRST AID ROOM, LIBRARY and TOILET. PRIMARY Bid Closing-12am on 14th July, 2020Bid Opening -1pm on 14th July, 2020 
LOT 2 Drilling of BOREHOLES with OVERHEAD TANKS, GENERATOR SETS, GENERATOR HOUSES and FETCHING BAYS.
LOT 3 Construction and supply of 4 SEATER DESKS made with steel frame and HDF top.

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Eligibility requirements earlier advertised still remain valid

In line with the directive of Imo State Government on Treasury Single Account (TSA), all interested bidders are required to pay a non-refundable Tender fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000.00) per lot online through Imo State Official website @ www.imostate.gov.ng with the following details:

DATE OF BID ISSUANCE: TUESDAY 30TH JUNE, 2020.

INTRODUCTION
The Lagos State Government intends to execute some capital projects as part of its statutory mandates and to apply part of the proceeds to payment under the contracts for the Completion of Resettlement Scheme at Agbowa for Ajegulne and Environs Flood Victims Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) as specified in the Lagos State Public Procurement Guidelines for Works and are open to all bidders as defined in the guideline
