NOTICE OF SALE OF ASSETS OF LIMEX GLOBAL INDUSTRIES LTD (IN RECEIVERSHIP)

Pursuant to the Order of the Federal High Court made on the 23 July 2020. Mr. Kenneth C. Ahia. SAN, as the Receiver/Manager of Limex Global Industries Ltd. (In Receivership), offers the following assets for sale by bid.

All intellectual properties of LIMEX including its brand names, which includes but not limited to:
(i)      MISS BIMBO ALL IN ONE EXTRA POWER DETERGENT & LOGO’,
(ii)     MISS BIMBO MULTI PURPOSE SOAP
(iii)    SAY YAY DETERGENT
(iv)    WASHA MULTIPURPOSE SOAP.

A fully functional factory located at No. 22B, Happy Home Avenue, Kirikiri Industrial Estate, Apapa, Lagos State (expired lease). The factory houses the following:
(A)    Plant and machinery
(B)     Furniture, Fittings and Equipment
(C)     Motor Vehicles
(D)    Raw materials

(A)    PLANT AND MACHINERY
The plant and machinery assets belonging to LIMEX include:
(i)      Tower detergent plant
(ii)     Detergent/perfume mixing plant
(iii)    Detergent and Bar Soap production and processing plant
(iv)    Automatic sachet packaging machines
(v)     500 KVA Transformer
(vi)    Generating set with a combined total capacity of 710 KVA
(v)     Storage tanks.

(B)     FURNITURE, FITTINGS AND EQUIPMENT
(i)      Fully furnished offices with office tables, chairs, computers, laptops, air conditioners among others.
(ii)     Fully furnished conference rooms and visiting lounges.
(iii)    Well-equipped Quality control laboratory

(C)    MOTOR VEHICLES
The motor vehicles are those used for the transportation of goods and personnel. These include: delivery buses and SUVs, amongst others.

(D)    RAW MATERIALS
These include:
(i)      Caustic sail
(ii)     Detergent Perfume
(iii)    Complete sets of packaging materials
