1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 The Lower Benue River Basin Development Authority, a Federal Government Parastatal under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of Water Resources, in continuation of its statutory functions is desirous of undertaking comprehensive development of both surface and groundwater for multi-purpose uses, in order to boost food production by encouraging the active participation of farmers in irrigated agriculture.
1.2 Accordingly, the Authority invites interested and reputable Companies, Contractors and Service Providers with relevant proven competence and experience to submit tenders and Expression of Interest for the execution of any of the under listed projects:
