1. This is to inform all Bidders that the Closing/Bid Opening date for the submission of bids for the Procurement of Network Devices & Outdoor Wi-Fi Equipment Bid. Nos. NG-NUC-203387-GO-RFB & NG-NUC-182636-GO-RFB, earlier scheduled for Friday 18 December, 2020, has been extended to Friday 8 January, 2021.
2. This extension is necessitated by the various requests for clarifications that we received from bidders, which needed to be responded to.
3. The mode of bid submission and opening remains virtual.
4. Bids can be submitted as one attachment or with a link to the storage location. All documents must be read-only, and password-protected. The email address for the bid submission is spesse@nuc.edu.ng. The submission deadline is 8 January 2021 at 12:00 pm Nigeria Local time. NUC-SPESSE Project will confirm the receipt of each bid. The read-only password-protected bids will be opened on 8 January 2021 at 1:00 pm Nigeria local time. Bidders are expected to send the password of their document within one hour of the bid submission deadline to spesse@nuc.edu.ng, as specified in the bidding documents.

Our work focuses on areas of emergency relief, sustainable economic development, gender and education. Mercy Corps has been in Nigeria since 2012 and has grown into a multi-sectoral country office with more than 400 staff across offices in FCT, Gombe, Maiduguri, Biu, Kano, Lagos, and Jos where more than 500,000 beneficiaries are served. The Small-Town Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (STWASH) Activity is a five-year, initiative funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), covering the states of Adamawa, Yobe, and Borno in North East Nigeria. The Activity is to support the sustainable improvements in access to basic water and sanitation that are necessary to facilitate ongoing recovery, peacebuilding, and economic development across the region. The goal of the program is to facilitate the economic recovery of some crisis-affected communities and bolster the capacity of the state governments in providing essential WASH services and creating and sustaining enabling environments for Small Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Agencies (STWSSAs) and Water Consumers Associations (WCAs) to operate effectively. The program has two broad components; expanded access to water and for sanitation facilities and strengthening capacity for small town water governance.
