1. The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has received financing from the World Bank towards the support of the Diversification of the Economy through the Mineral Sector Support for Economic Diversification (MinDiver) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Equipment for Remote sensing activity under the Formalization of Artisanal Miners activity.

2. The Ministry of Mines and Steel Development through the Mineral Sector Support for Economic Diversification (MinDiver) Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Equipment for Remote sensing activity under the Formalization of Artisanal Miners activity. The summary of major items to be supplied is listed below.

(a) Evidence of incorporation/registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
(b) Evidence of Tax Identification Number (TIN)
( c) Evidence of ownership/ lease of relevant equipment (drilling rig with compressor and associated accessories)
( d) Verifiable evidence of having successfully provided such services (designed and supervised) similar work in the past, name of client, location of projects, contract sums, letter of engagements and Job Completion Certificates with photographs
( e) Company profile with names and qualifications of key technical and administrative personnel to be used (copies of CVs, professional registration certificates and numbers are required)
(f) Sworn affidavit attesting to the authenticity of information provided and that such information is true in every respect and that the firm is not in receivership and none of its principal partners has ever been convicted of fraudulent activity
