We refer to the Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) issued on the 24th of June, 2020 with set deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest (EoIs) as 5pm on 22nd July, 2020; for interested firms/consortia to develop high-rise Luxury Apartments in GRA Ikeja.

A total of four (4) EoIs were received within the stipulated time frame. Following the review and assessment of all EoIs received, we are pleased to announce that the following bidders (listed in alphabetical order) have duly satisfied the EoI submission criteria and are hereby shortlisted:
