1. INTRODUCTION
The Modibbo Adama University, Yola in compliance with the requirement of the Public Procurement Act, PPA 2007, intends to implement procurement of works and goods under the year 2021 NEEDS Assessment Revitalization and Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) project. Accordingly competent, experienced and reputable companies are invited to submit bids for the execution of the projects.
