INVITATION TO TENDER

1.PREAMBLE
The National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) has received funding from Government of Nigeria, Global Fund and other donors in continuance of the pursuit of its statutory responsibilities for HIV/AIDS treatment, care & Support and strengthening of health systems in Nigeria by further addressing the gaps in the National HIV prevention and treatment program.

In its efforts to create well working environment for its staff to carry out their responsibility effectively and efficiency. The Agency intends to engage the services of Vendors in FCT on an annual Retainership Arrangement for the Supply of Diesel (AGO), In compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Agency, therefore invites  reputable Companies and Contractors to submit technical proposal for the immediate engagement.

Consequently, you are thus invited to submit your technical proposal in accordance with the specification provided above.

1.PREAMBLE
The Agency has the responsibility of coordinating the multisectoral HIV/AIDS response in Nigeria with funding sources from Government of Nigeria (GON), World Bank (WB) and other National and International Donor Agencies such as Global Fund (GF), UNICEF, etc. and prudency in NACA’s financial transactions become more than ever crucial to meet various and stringent standards of her partners. Pursuant to this objective and consistent with the practices of some Donor/Partners. The Agency intends to engage the services of Generator Mechanic Vendor with in FCT on an annual Retainership Arrangement and related services.

In its efforts to create good working environment for its staff to carry out their responsibility effectively and efficiently, the Agency is seeking for qualified professionals in the Maintenance of Generator. In compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Agency, therefore invites Technical and Financial Proposals from reputable Companies and Contractors for the maintenance of the under listed Items:

Consequently, you are thus invited to come for inspection of the 220KVA Generator and thereafter submit your priced quotation in accordance with the specification provided above to reach the undersigned on or before 12.00 noon on the 2nd Day of December 2020.

1.Pre-qualification requirement
To qualify for consideration, interested companies are required to submit quotation including the under listed documents:

1.Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
2.Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2017-2019);
3.Evidence of three similar jobs (Award Letters or equivalent).
4.Must be a Generator firm that specialises in maintaining Generator.
5.Evidence of Business office located within Abuja. If otherwise, provide a plan for or evidence of speedy response time.

BACKGROUND
Agriculture plays a critical role in the economic development agenda of Kaduna State. To ensure that the land access procedure to support intensive agriculture is carried out sustainably, the Government of Kaduna looks to develop and implement a Framework for Responsible and Inclusive Land Intensive Agriculture – (FRILIA). This aims to ensure that land acquisition and resettlement for large‑scale agribusiness investments are undertaken in line with established international good practices and guarantee shared benefits between private investors and surrounding communities. The implementation of FRILIA is also linked to a World Bank Program for Results (PforR) in the state which identifies the implementation of FRILIA as one of the Disbursement Linked Indicators under the program.
