The National Assembly Service Commission is charged with the mandate of Appointment, exercise of Discipline, Training, and Promotion of Staff of the National Assembly Service. The Commission hereby invites experienced, competent and credible firms of Chartered Accountants to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for Appointment as External Auditors of the Commission for the statutory audit of its 2020 Financial Statements.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICE Statutory Audit of the Commission’s 2020 Financial Statements.
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Interested firms are expected to submit two (2) bound sets of Expression of Interest (Eol) documents duly signed, well paginated, separated by dividers and arranged in the following order: (a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms CAC 2 and CAC7; (b) Evidence of company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2018, 2019 and 2020): (c) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2021; (d) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2021; ( e) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2021; (f) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors Certificate issued by Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) valid till 31 December, 2021; (g) Evidence of registration with the Auditor General for the Federation; (h) Company Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2018, 2019 and 2020); ( i) Evidence of Firm’s current registration with ICAN/ANAN (j) Company profile with the Curriculum Vitae of key staff including their Academic/Professional qualifications; (k) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including award letters. Valuation Certificate and job completion certificates as appropriate; (l) A Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the National Assembly Service Commission or the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is a former or present Director, Shareholder, Partner or has any Pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Interested and competent Contractors wishing to carry out the above listed jobs are required to submit the following documents which will be subjected to verification by the Council: i. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects; xii. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed; xiii. Company’s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications such as COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON etc.); xiv. Works: List of Plants/Equipment with proof of Ownership/Lease; xv. Category C: Evidence of Firm’s current registration with relevant regulatory professional body(ies); xvi. Category C: Evidence of accreditation by Centre for Management Development (CMD); xvii. Only companies included in the National Automotive Design and Development Council’s approved list of local manufacturers of vehicles or their authorized representatives should bid for the vehicles; xviii. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (CATEGORY A & B) The completed tender documents must be duly registered at the Procurement Unit and submitted in three (3) copies, one (1) original and two (2) copies in two separate envelopes clearly marked “Technical” and “Financial”. Both Envelopes must be submitted in one large sealed envelope, mark with Lot number at the top left Hand corner and addressed to the Secretary Tenders Board, National Agricultural Seed Council, Sheda, Gwagwalada KM29 Abuja-Lokoja High way. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box not later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 7th June, 2021.

FEDERAL AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF NIGERIA (FAAN) EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR ACTUARIAL VALUATION OF FAAN STAFF
A. INTRODUCTION The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has the statutory functions of developing and managing all necessary airport facilities and services for safe, secured and efficient carriage of passengers and goods. The Pension Reform Act 2014 (as amended) requires that a yearly actuarial valuation of pension schemes be conducted to ascertain the accrued rights of staff as at date.
In compliance with the National Open Competitive Bidding (NOCB) procedures stipulated in the Public Procurement Act 2007 and its extant guidelines, the Authority now seeks the service of qualified/competent company to conduct the exercise under its 2021 financial year/Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) Budget.
