INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) AND REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
1. INTRODUCTION
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), in furtherance of its statutory mandate, intends to implement various Works/Goods/Consultancy Services Capital Projects, in line with the 2021 Budget and in accordance with the Procurement Act, 2007.
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) is therefore soliciting Expression of Interest for LOT A and Invitation to Tender for LOT B and LOT C from qualified Consultants/Companies/Contractors/Bidders with requisite expertise and experience for the various projects.
