INVITATION TO TENDER

1.0 INTRODUCTION
The National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism (NIHOTOUR) hereby issues the Specific Procurement Notice to inform eligible Contactors, Suppliers, Vendor, and the General Public that the institute is to undertake the Procurement Goods and Works under its 2020 Capital Appropriation. The Institute hereby invites interested contractors of good repute and relevant experience by this notice to tender for any of the projects listed below:

2.0 SCOPE OF SUPPLY/WORK

3.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
(i) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC1.1 or CAC 2 and CAC 7;
(ii) Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2017, 2018, 2019), expiring on 31 December, 2020;
(iii) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2020;
(iv) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid 31 December, 2020;
(v) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2020;
(vi) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contract to Consultant and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2020 or a valid certificate issued by BPP
(vii) A Sworn Affidavit:
(a) disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism or the Bureau of Public Procurement, is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in fell i. particulars
(b) that the company is not bankrupt, in receivership or under liquidation or involved in any litigation which can potentially affect the company’s ability to discharge their responsibility if engaged;
(c) no director of the Company has been convicted of financial fraud in any Country
(viii) Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria indicating its willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed.
(ix) Company’s Audited Account for the last three (3) years (2017,2018,2019) duly signed and stamped by ICAN/ANAN professionals;
(x) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects;
(xi) Company Profile to include names, qualifications (copies of relevant academic and professional qualifications of such personnel must be attached) and experience of key personnel in construction.
(xii) For Joint Venture (JV)/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) should be provided. Items i-xii above are compulsory for each JV partner
(xiii) All document for submission must be transmitted with a covering/forwarding letter, under the company/ firm letter head paper bearing amongst others, the contact address, telephone number (GSM) the letter headed paper must carry with it at the bottom of the page, the names and nomination of directors of the company and to be signed by the authorising officer of the firm.

4.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
Interested companies should collect bid documents from the office of the Due Process/Procurement Unit between the hours of 10:00am to 3:00pm from Mondays Fridays at the National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism office (third block from the entrance) at No 6 Mike Akhigbe way Jabi, Abuja, upon the presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N 10,000.00 paid into the Federal Government Treasury Single Account (TSA) in favour of the National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism.
