1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) towards the Federal Government of Nigeria implementation of the Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprises in the Niger Delta (LIFE-ND) Project. This project is aimed at enhancing income, job creation and food security through Agribusiness enterprise development in a sustainable manner in the Niger Delta region LIFE-ND is Accordingly, the Abia State Project Coordinating Office of LIFE-ND invites reputable owners of Agribusiness enterprises with proven competence and experience to submit an expression of interest to be incubators to mentor potential incubatees /apprentices in their agribusiness and become catalyst for enterprise establishment by Incubatees including the main source for primary job creation.

BACKGROUND
The Innovation Development and Effectiveness in the Acquisition of Skills (IDEAS) project is a World Bank assisted project of the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) through the Federal Ministry of Education (FME) as the implementing agency. The IDEAS project aims at enhancing the capacity of the Nigerian skills development system to produce relevant skills for the formal and informal sectors. It seeks to strengthen the labour market fit for skills development in Nigeria by unlocking essential drivers of quality and relevance, notably by leveraging industry involvement and crowding in private resources.
