1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated funds to the Nigeria Hydrological Services Agency (NIHSA), in the 2023 appropriation act, for the execution of its projects so that the mandate of the agency can be achieved. Accordingly, the agency wishes to invite reputable contractors with relevant proven competence and expertise to submit tenders and Expression of Interest (EOI) for the execution of the following projects:

1. BACKGROUND
The Federal University of Technology Ikot Abasi, Akwa-Ibom State is a beneficiary of year 2023 Tertiary Education Trust Fund (Tetfund) Special Intervention Projects. In line with provision of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 207, the university is desirous of undertaking a pre-qualification exercise for the year 2023 Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) Special Intervention Projects Consequently, the university wishes to invite reputable interested contractor/companies to submit their technical bids for the following projects.
