PURPOSE OF THE TENDER: NRC has been implementing a project titled EU Support to Response, Recovery and Resilience in Borno State with the aim of engaging existing community agricultural groups focusing on access to realistic, conflict sensitive, sustainable, environmentally conscious and profitable livelihood opportunities in North-East Nigeria.
