UPGRADING OF 75 SELECTED PUBLIC HEALTH CENTRES (PHCS) IN OGUN STATE OF NIGERIA

1. The Federal Government of Nigeria, on behalf of the Ogun State Government has received a credit from the World Bank toward the cost of improving the utilization and quality of Immunization plus and Malaria Services in selected states of the federation and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments for the Upgrading of 75 Selected Public Health Centres (PHCs) in Ogun State.

2. The Ogun State Government, through the Project Implementation Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Upgrading of 75 Selected Public Health Centres (PHCs) in Ogun State as detailed below.

This is a single package but will be awarded on lot basis. Only 1 Lot will be awarded to a successful bidder.

BIDDING PROCEDURES:
Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations For IPF Borrowers 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation. In Addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the “Procurement Regulation” on the Conflict of Interest.

INVITATION:
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further in writing from State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU), through the Program Manager (PM) or Email: impactogun@gmail.com and may also inspect the bidding document during office hours between 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday-Friday at the address given below.

PAYMENT FOR BIDDING DOCUMENTS:
A complete set of bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira Only (N100,000.00) only for the package. The method of payment will be by Bank Draft issued in favor of Ogun State IMPACT PROJECT. A copy of the Bidding Document can be sent to the bidder upon a written request through a courier firm at the service cost to the bidder.

BIDS SUBMISSION AND OPENING:
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 AM on 14th November 2024. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 10:00am on 14th November 2024.
