PROVISION OF BEVERAGES TO OXFAM ABUJA COUNTRY OFFICE

BACKGROUND
OXFAM is a confederation of 17 Affiliates committed to creating a just world without poverty. In Nigeria OXFAM works in the areas of Economic Justice/Livelihood, Basic Social Services, Humanitarian programming, Gender Justice / Female Leadership, and Good governance, adopting a right based approach.

PURPOSE
The purpose of this terms of reference is to engage Suppliers with a framework agreement for the supply of beverages & related items to Oxfam country office located in Abuja for an initial period of two years with a possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance that will be determined through a performance evaluation at the end of one year.

FEES & EXPENSES
5% withholding tax will be deducted at the time of each payment for remittance to FIRS in line with the Nigerian tax law, please provide your Tin no for remittance purposes. Oxfam being an international non-governmental organization is tax exempted. Payment of the agreed fee shall be tied to satisfactory delivery of requested items in accordance with the description of items in the purchase order, withing 30 days of invoice submission.
