EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROVISION OF CARGO SUPERINTENDENCE SERVICES OF ITS PETROLEUM CARGOES OFF-SHORE AND ON-SHORE AT PETROLEUM PRODUCTS MARKETING COMPANY LIMITED

1. INTRODUCTION
The Petroleum Products Marketing Company Limited (PPMC) is a subsidiary Company of the NNPC responsible for the Marketing and Distribution of Refined and Imported Petroleum Products through a network of Pipelines, Storage Depots and Marine movement of petroleum products.
PPMC, in compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007 NNPC intends to engage qualified and reputable Marine and cargo superintendents for the superintendence of its Petroleum Cargoes both on-shore and off-shore. PPMC hereby invites suitably qualified cargo superintendence companies for cargo inspection in various locations indicated in this EXPRESSION OF INTEREST.

PETROLEUM PRODUCTS CARGO DISCHARGE/RECEIPT INSPECTION
2.1. Lagos off-shore/midstream transshipment
2.2. Atlas cove jetty and SPM
2.3. Apapa jetty
2.4. Ibafon/Dantata/Obat/Waziri/Folawiyo jetties
2.5. Okrika (Port Harcourt jetties)
2.6. Warri Jetty
2.7. Escravos Offshore
2.8. Bonny midstream
2.9. Calabar jetty

Bid documents would be issued to all pre-qualified Companies after 1st stage.

3. Scope of Services
3.1. Quality re-certification in accordance with industry standard as specified in bid documents.
3.2. Quantity determination/re-certification in accordance with acceptable industry method(s)
3.3. Cargo transfer supervision
3.4. Reconciliation of quantity variances
3.5. Sample retention for minimum of 90 days
3.6. Vessel’s bunker survey
3.7. Bunkering supervision
3.8. Tank Farm/Jetty Monitoring and Trucking Supervision
