SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS

It is the intent of this RFP’s to secure competitive proposal for the supply of “Learning Materials for 3,150 Learners in 21 ALP Centers in Borno (Askira Uba, MMC, Jere, Konduga) and Yobe (Damaturu and Gujba) Nigeria.

All Bids must be received by Tuesday 18 May 2021 at 12noon. Bids submitted alter the deadline will NOT be accepted.
