CALL FOR CLIMATE OR CLEAN ENERGY PROJECTS
NEXT DEADLINE: 1 SEPTEMBER, 2020

The Private Financing Advisory Network is a global network of climate and clean energy financing experts that aims to bridge the gap between entrepreneurs developing climate and clean energy projects and private sector investors.

PFAN achieves this by:
• providing free business coaching to projects, increasing the chances of attracting investment; and
• growing its investor outreach.

PFAN organises investment forums to showcase selected investment-ready projects to groups of investors and provides one-on-one investment facilitation services to investment-ready projects, shortening the path to further growth.

Our goals are to build clean energy markets one business at a time, mitigate climate change and mobilise private investment in support of the Paris Agreement on Climate Change and the Sustainable Development Goals.

The General Public is hereby notified of the Council’s intention to embark on some projects of which tender is invited from competent and reliable Contractors interested in the under-listed projects:

1. Surfacing of Anibaba junction /Sholafun Street with interlocking stones
2. Renovation of Ikorodu Local Government Secretariat which includes;
a. Re-roofing of the Secretariat buildings
b. Paintings
c. Replacement of windows from Louvers to Aluminium sliding windows
d. Changing of all the wooden/damaged doors

The registration and bid forms should be collected from the Procurement Office of Ikorodu Local Government by interested parties.

Norwegian Church Aid (‘NCA’) is a member of the ACT Alliance, and works with people and local actors, especially Faith-based actors in many countries where it works in their struggle to eradicate poverty and injustices. We provide humanitarian assistance in disasters and work for long-term development in local communities and societies. In order to address the root causes of poverty, we advocate for just decisions by public authorities, businesses, and religious leaders.

NCA has a presence in Nigeria to respond to the Humanitarian crisis in Northeast Nigeria. NCA has its core competencies in Gender Based Violence and Water Sanitation and Hygiene. NCA has its strengths in works and invest in local partners ensures building their capacities are built from the onset of response, to enable them to have the capacity to respond in a long-term intervention including recovery and development.

Proposals are invited from suitably qualified service providers, for Group Life Insurance Services. Prospective vendors interested, are expected to meet the following requirements:
• Mirror NCA’s corporate philosophy and business principle
• Offer competitive pricing and cost-savings solutions.
• Have proven service record.
• Have proven quality assurance systems.
• Be financially viable.
• Offer value added capabilities.
• Maintain the highest possible standard of integrity and fairness.
• Honour all contractual obligations; and
• Comply both with the letter and spirit of the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria.

• Temporary Disability
• Critical Expenses
• Funeral Expenses
• Life

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• 5 Years’ experience in relevant area of service
• Company must have been in existence for 5 years after incorporation
• Company must have functional office address
• Company must have updated tax clearance certificate
• Company must operate a cooperate account with account name same as company name
• Company must have a functional TIN number
