1. INTRODUCTION
The projects development institute Enugu, a parastatal under the federal ministry of science and technology in desirous of carrying out its capital project under the 2023 budget in compliance with the public procurement act 2007, the institute wishes to invite interested, qualified, eligible, and reputable contractors, vendors, suppliers, service providers and consultants with relevant experience to bid for the procurement and execution of the underlisted projects under category A, B, and C.
