The REBUILD LAGOS TRUST FUND LTD/GTE (RLTF) invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility for the Demolition of the Colonial Building within the Lagos High Court Complex at Igbosere, Lagos.

The work consists of the careful demolition of areas deemed to be structurally defective, as well as sections to be remodeled for change of use in the envisaged design upgrade of the facility, This work also includes stripping the buildings of existing finishes, fittings, and other specified items and storing in designated areas for re-use. Similarly, the existing statues are to be carefully removed, under supervision, and stored in designated storage,
