1. This specific procurement Notice follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for the sub-programme which appeared in the United Nations Development Business (UNDB) No. 709 of August 31, 2007.
2. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the African Development Fund (ADF) towards the cost of the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Sub-programme in Yobe State and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of the loan to eligible payments under the contracts for the Rehabilitation of 56 Nos of boreholes, and drilling of 7 Nos of Solar Motorized Boreholes in LGAs of Yobe State.
3. Yobe State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Programme now invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following construction works;

Interested Bidders may bid for any lot or a combination of lots. However, Bidders submitting, multiple bods must present separate Bid Security for each lot. Combined bid security for more than one lot will render the bids non-responsive.
4. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Farican Development Bank Standard Bidding Document for the Procurement of small works, September 2010, revised 2018.
