COMPETITIVE BIDDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BOREHOLE IN BARAKIN-LADI L.G.A, PLATEAU STATE

The Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Foundation invites interested and reputable firms to render services on the foundation’s Intervention projects in Barakin-Ladi L.G.A, Plateau State.

In view of this, interested and qualified companies are invited to submit their bid.

1. SCOPE OF WORK
Construction of one solar powered motorized borehole fitted with water purification equipment and overhead tank in Barakin-Ladi Local Government Area, Plateau State.

2. REQUIREMENTS
Those interested in the process required to submit comprehensive information as follows:
(a) Evidence of incorporation/registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
(b) Evidence of Tax Identification Number (TIN)
( c) Evidence of ownership/ lease of relevant equipment (drilling rig with compressor and associated accessories)
( d) Verifiable evidence of having successfully provided such services (designed and supervised) similar work in the past, name of client, location of projects, contract sums, letter of engagements and Job Completion Certificates with photographs
( e) Company profile with names and qualifications of key technical and administrative personnel to be used (copies of CVs, professional registration certificates and numbers are required)
(f) Sworn affidavit attesting to the authenticity of information provided and that such information is true in every respect and that the firm is not in receivership and none of its principal partners has ever been convicted of fraudulent activity

3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The advertisement shall not be construed as commitment on behalf of the Foundation, NOR shall it entitle any contractor to make any claim OR seek Indemnity from costs incurred pursuant to this advertisement shall be borne by the responding firm.
The Foundation reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the claims made in the prequalification documents submitted and original documents may be requested for sighting. Note that any false documents) and or declaration detected will invalidate the submission

4. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENT
The documents should be sealed in an envelope and clearly marked “COMPETITIVE BIDDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BOREHOLE IN BARAKIN-LADI L.G.A, PLATEAU STATE”

Documents shall be submitted in the Foundation Office not later than Two weeks from the date of this advert (29, JULY 2020). Only short listed firms will be contacted to proceed to next stage of the process and the Foundation shall not enter into unsolicited correspondence with any unsuccessful bidder.

The Foundation reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.
