The Nasarawa State Universal Basic Education Board, (SUBEB) Lafia hereby invites interested and experienced contractors to express their interest for prequalification for the following projects:

2019 FGN-UBEC/SUBES INTERVENTION PROJECTS

i.Construction of blocks of 2 classrooms with 2 offices
ii.Construction of 2 offices blocks of 3 classrooms with
iii.Construction of blocks of 4 classrooms
iv.Construction of Perimeter Fence, Gate and Gatehouse
v.Construction of Drainages and Kerbs
vi.Geophysical Surveys for 25 Boreholes
vii.Construction of Hand pump Boreholes
viii.Construction of 4 Compartment Toilets (water system)
ix.Supply of furniture (Metal and Wood Dual Desks), 50mm x 50mm Black metal iron pipe with seasoned MDF plywood (19mm)
x.Rehabilitation/Renovation of Blocks of Classrooms with offices

2.PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
All prospective interested companies shall be required to submit the following prequalification documents:
a)Contractors Resume/Profile
b)Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
c)Up-to-date Tax Clearance
d)Registration as a contractor with the Nasarawa SUBEB
e)Financial Capability
f)Verifiable evidence of similar jobs handled in the last 3 years
g)Interim Registration Report from BPP
h)PenCom Certificate
i)Industrial Training Fund (ITF)

MARKET DESCRIPTION: TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF 4,000 COVID -19 KITS FOR BENEFICIARIES AT DIKWA AND PULKA L.G. A’S RESPECTIVELY.

PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT/MISSION AND THE ORGANIZATION:
TERRE DES HOMMES (TDH), a humanitarian aid organization, is operative in 34 countries with a range of healthcare and child protection programs, both in development and emergency contexts. Tdh’s mission in Nigeria provides emergency intervention in the Borno State of Nigeria to face people’s needs, displaced by the AOG conflict.

Explain which the targets of this tender are:
In order to provide palliatives (4,000 covid-19 Kits) for beneficiaries in Dikwa and Pulka L.G. As respectively, tenders under sealed envelopes are invited from eligible bidders who must be currently registered with the Corporate Affair Commission (CAC).

What is the standard for admission?
Interested bidders should note that only the offers who meet the criteria indicated below as a minimum supported by relevant documents will be considered during the evaluation step.
1.Proof of similar supplies made in the last three years.
2.Proof of Sound financial standing (bank statement/ guarantee).
3.Ability to meet the conditions required by the call for tenders
4.Compliance with The terms and conditions
5.Adequacy quality of the samples with the required technical specifications.
6.Tax compliant certificate (tax clearance)
7.Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope.
8.Bid submitted must comply with the requirements of the bidding documents
9.Delivery capacity
10.Price competitiveness
11.Identity of the tenderer should not appear on the external envelope.
