SCOPE OF WORKS The scope of works for the Construction of the Pamanga – Dakka road (Off Sunkani – Bali Road) shall include but not restricted to the following: – (i) Site clearance and earthworks (ii) Construction of culverts and drainage (iii) Construction of concrete lined slope protection works and other appurtenances at critical areas. (iv) Construction of 1 No. Bridge ( v) Other slope protection works where applicable and other ancillary works related to the project as shall be directed. (vi) Excavation and disposal of unsuitable surplus materials (vii) Earthworks and transport, in fill and cuts. (viii) 20mm sub-base course (ix) 150mm of stone-base course (x) 50mm Asphalt concrete wearing course (xi) 1-single coat surface dressing on shoulders (xii) Construction of concrete kerbs.
INVITATION FOR TECHNICAL PROPOSAL In view of the above, the Government of Taraba State hereby invites competent, reputable and experienced bidders to submit Technical Proposal for the Construction of Pamanga – Dakka Road (Along Sunkani – Bali Road) interested and reputable contractors with experience in road construction should submit their bids with the following information: – (i) Certificate of incorporation of firm in Nigeria. (ii) Company profile including key professional staff and their resumes. (iii) Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years. (iv) Evidence of having successfully carried out road construction work in the past (3) years (including title of the projects, client etc) ( v) Evidence of registration and payment of Pension and Social Security contribution. (vi) Current Audited Account for the last 3 years. (vii) Evidence of Registration with Industrial Training Fund (ITF) (viii) Evidence of financial capacity/reference letter from a Reputable Bank. (ix) Evidence of value added tax Registration and Remittance for the past Three (3) years. (x) List of plants/equipment with proof of ownership/lease (where applicable) (xi) Evidence of valid registration with MOW as a contractor.
BID DOCUMENTS All completed technical proposal must reach the Office of Director, Planning Research and Statistics, Ministry of Works, Barde Way, Jalingo, Taraba State on or before Monday 10, May 2021.
SUBMISSION (i) The Technical proposal and other supporting documents in respect of these bids shall be three copies in A4 format and spiral bound are to be submitted not later than 12 noon on 10 May, 2021. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Interested and competent Contractors wishing to carry out the above listed jobs are required to submit the following documents which will be subjected to verification by the Council: i. Company’s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications such as COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON etc.); xiv. Works: List of Plants/Equipment with proof of Ownership/Lease; xv. Category C: Evidence of Firm’s current registration with relevant regulatory professional body(ies); xvi. Category C: Evidence of accreditation by Centre for Management Development (CMD); xvii. Only companies included in the National Automotive Design and Development Council’s approved list of local manufacturers of vehicles or their authorized representatives should bid for the vehicles; xviii. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (CATEGORY A & B) The completed tender documents must be duly registered at the Procurement Unit and submitted in three (3) copies, one (1) original and two (2) copies in two separate envelopes clearly marked “Technical” and “Financial”. Both Envelopes must be submitted in one large sealed envelope, mark with Lot number at the top left Hand corner and addressed to the Secretary Tenders Board, National Agricultural Seed Council, Sheda, Gwagwalada KM29 Abuja-Lokoja High way. A. INTRODUCTION The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has the statutory functions of developing and managing all necessary airport facilities and services for safe, secured and efficient carriage of passengers and goods. The Pension Reform Act 2014 (as amended) requires that a yearly actuarial valuation of pension schemes be conducted to ascertain the accrued rights of staff as at date.
In compliance with the National Open Competitive Bidding (NOCB) procedures stipulated in the Public Procurement Act 2007 and its extant guidelines, the Authority now seeks the service of qualified/competent company to conduct the exercise under its 2021 financial year/Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) Budget.
