The U. S. EMBASSY, ABUJA, requires a vendor to supply the following:

You are invited to submit a quotation with delivery to U.S. Embassy, Abuja – NG.

Payment Term: Net 30.

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability, and past performance.

For a valid proposal, please note the following:

1. Please email all responses to this solicitation to AbujaProcurement@state.gov with the solicitation number (PR12865707) in the subject line.
2. Please include your performance schedule, specifications, samples, pictures, or complete drawings (where applicable) with the proposal.
3. Contractors must provide proof of active registration in Sam.gov, a Unique Entity ID (UEI) code, AND proof of compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
4. Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver or if BACKORDERING).
5. The deadline for offer submission is September 21, 2024.
6. We may not contact those with unsuccessful offers.
