INTRODUCTION
The Association for Promoters of Livestock Production in Sahel Savanna executing PAMOBARMA Projects invites reputable Consultancy Firms with proven experience in Civil and Water Engineering to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) documents for the following Projects:-

Consultancy Services to Design Working Drawings, Produce Bid Documents and Supervise Rehabilitation of Water Pond in Kebbi and Sokoto States and Construction of a Solar Powered Borehole in Katsina State. |
Please note that Bidders are allowed to bid for the Two Lots.
A. SCOPE OF THE SERVICES
The Scope of services includes but not limited to:
LOT C001:
(i) Conduct of Reconnaissance and land survey at Bale – Tangaza Stock route 15Kms in Tangaza LGA of Sokoto State, Niger Border – Mai’adua Stock route 6Kms in Mai’adua LGA and then Mai’adua – Sapke-Dam – Kayawa – Dutsi- Dankudu-Ingawa -Gidan Mutum Daya- Dutsin Rogo 44KMs in Mai’adua, Dutsi and Ingawa LGAs of Katsina State and Amagoro-Toba Grazing Area 35Kms in Arewa LGA of Kebbi State and also provide an estimated total budget.
(ii) Design Livestock Market and Provide Unit cost for Perimeter Fencing, Entry/Exit Gates, Offices, Water point (Two options Hand pump or Solar powered) Security Posts, Shed, Loading Ramp and Toilets for Mai’adua Livestock Market in Mai’adua LGA of Katsina State, Gumki Livestock Market in Arewa LGA of Kebbi State and Tangaza Livestock Market in Tangaza LGA of Sokoto State
LOT W002:
(iii) Conduct of reconnaissance in Mopti Water Pond of Silame Local Government of Sokoto State, Moludu in Mai’adua LGA of Katsina State and Falde Water Pond within Toba Grazing Area of Arewa Local Government Area of Kebbi State.

(iv) Draft Tender Documents Based on Site Conditions and Client Needs (BOQ and Complete Working Drawings.
(v) Participate in Bids Evaluation.
(vi) Indicative Work Programme and Location (s) of the various Activities to be carried out by the contractor.
(vii) Supervise Project Implementation and updates Management of APESS on project status.
Reports and Time Schedule
(viii) Ensure Standards Specified are Complied with in Project Implementation and/or Issuance of Work Stop Order where applicable.
(ix) Issuance of Interim Payment Certificates upon request by the Contractor.
(x) Develop Simple Training Content for Managing and Securing Facilities put in place.
