Overview :Dear Sir / Madam:We kindly request you to submit your quotation for UNRCO, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.Quotations may be submitted on or before Close of Business of 11TH AUGUST, 2021 at procurement.ng@undp.org with subject of email as UNDP/ PRINTING OF VISIBILITY MATERIALS FOR UNRCO. Quotations submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 5MB, virus-free and no more than 4 email transmissions to procurement.ng@undp.org. They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. If you are submitting your quotation by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.Please acknowledge receipt of this RFQ by sending an email to procurement.ng@undp.org , indicating whether you intend to submit a Quotation or otherwise. 1. The Kano State Government has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of the Kano State Agro – Pastoral Development Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract Improving Crop Residue Utilization – Procurement of Machines & Materials.

2. The Kano State Agricultural and Rural Development Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of;

LOT 1: 200 No. Residue Chopping Machines
LOT 2: Materials for the processing of Crop Residues

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in lsDB’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Protect Financing (April 2019 version) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.

4.
