The United State Consulate General Lagos Logistics Center will conduct an auction sale of used household furniture, appliances, used vehicles and other miscellaneous items.

Address: 3 Sapara Street, off Oba Akran Road Ikeja (Near May And Baker Pharmaceutical Company)

Inspection and viewing date: October 16, 17, and 18 2024 (8.00am – 3-30pm)

Date of sales is October 19, 2024. Time 8.00am – 6.00pm

Pick-up dates for item purchased: October 20, 21 & 22 2024.

• Items are sold “as is” with no declaration made of serviceability “NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS”.
• Customs duty is due and will be paid by auction winner on all items except those locally procured.
• No items will be released to buyers without proof of customs duty payment.

Payment terms: full payment shall be made immediately after winning the bid or the lot shall be rebid

Payment will be made in either the following ways: cash and debit card (POS).

All items purchased MUST be removed from the consulate compound.

Failure to pick-up your lot(s) 3days after payments attracts a demurrage of N1,000 per day. Lot(s) won must be fully paid and removed within 30days from the premises for non-capitalized items and 90days for capitalized items (including payment of demurrage). Items not picked up within this time frame will be rebid and no refund will be provided.

NOTE: ALL BIDDERS ENTERING A U.S GOVERNMENT PROPERTY MUST PRESENT VALID IDENTIFICATION TO SECURITY AT THE GATE.
