REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) #05242021 FOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND COST ESTIMATE FOR USEEA KYAMI ESTATE :: DUE: MAY 31, 2021

The UNITED STATES EMBASSY EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION (USEEA) requires the services of a reputable Architectural and Engineering firm to provide proposals and cost estimates for housing and infrastructural provisions at her proposed Housing Estate in Kyami District Abuja. The layout for the estate measures 5.03hectares and currently has 166 subscribers for the housing scheme, as per attached contract documents.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) consists of the following sections:

1. Statement of work/specifications, and detailed evaluation criteria – (See attached)
2. Technical development plan (TDP)  – (See attached)
3.  proposal instructions – (See below).

USEEA plans to award a contract to the lowest priced tethnically acceptable offeror. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with regard to price quotations to be submitted. The RFP does not commit USEEA to make any award, as it may cancel this RFP or any part of it if the need arises.
