The Embassy of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA invites you to submit a quotation to perform Preventive Maintenance Service for the Embassy Portable and HVAC  Water Treatment System for one base year and four option year periods, at United States Embassy, Abuja, as per attached performance work statement.

The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site, and all prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package are invited to attend. The site visit will be held on April 23 2021  by10am (local time) at United States Embassy, Abuja, Plot 1075 Diplomatic Drive, Central Business  District, Abuja. To attend, prospective offerors/quoters should send the names of their representatives (not more than two per company) by email to Abujaprocurement@state.gov on or before April 21, 2021. See Section 3 of the attached REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ).
