INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

PREAMBLE
The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, Yobe State, Damaturu in compliance with best practice guidelines and Public Procurement Act (2016) hereby wished to invite reputable and interested consultants with requisite expertise and experience to submit their EOI in respect of consultancy services for the:
ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING DESIGNS AND BILL OF QUANTITIES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MEGA SHOPPING MALL IN DAMATURU, YOBE STATE.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested contractors/consultants should submit their (EOI) documents along with the followings:
i. Certificate of Incorporation
ii. Registration with the Yobe State Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP)
iii. 3 years current Tax Clearance
iv. Three (3) years audited accounts
v. Evidence of similar project executed
vi. A sworn affidavit that the company is not bankrupt
vii. Evidence of VAT remittance
viii. The company is not bankrupt
ix. Evidence of PENCOM compliance
