INVITATION TO TENDER

1. Yobe State Rural Electrification Board wishes to invite eligible interested bidders/suppliers to submit their tender for the procurement of the following items;

• Lot 1: Supply of 800KVA Generator set (basic)
• Lot 2: Supply of 350KVA Generator (Soundproof)

2. Interested bidders are required to provide details satisfying the following eligibility criteria;
i. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria;
ii. Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2020, 2021 and 2022)
iii. Company Audited accounts for three (3) years (2020, 2021 and 2022)
iv. Company profile;
v. Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank Reference Letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
vi. Evidence of registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement’s Guidelines (Procurement of Goods, Works and related Services) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement guidelines.

4. Interested eligible bidders/vendors may obtain further information from the Director of Planning, Research and Statistics REB and collect bidding documents during office hours (0900 to 1500 hours) at the office of the DPRS REB, Damaturu

5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50, 000.00).

6. Bids must be delivered to the Office of the Director of Planning Research and Statistics REB Damaturu on or before 21st June, 2023.

7. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at the conference center REB, Damaturu by 12:00 noon on 21st June, 2023.
